Searivo is operated by Lumina Quartz LLC ("Searivo", "we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.

5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
6. Google Search Console Data — Only after you choose to connect a Google account, we access the list of site properties you are authorized to use and, for the selected site, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, and reporting periods. We store the OAuth refresh token issued by Google to maintain the connection.

How We Use Google Search Console Data

• Searivo requests read-only Google Search Console access and cannot modify or delete your Google data.
• We use this data only to show search performance inside Searivo, identify priority optimization opportunities, and observe metric changes before and after approved Shopify changes are published. Observed changes do not constitute a guarantee that Searivo caused a traffic change.
• OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest in our database. Short-lived access tokens are not stored persistently.
• We do not sell Google user data or use it for personalized advertising, credit assessment, data resale, or training general-purpose AI models, and we do not transfer it to advertising platforms or data brokers.
• Infrastructure providers may process the data on our behalf where necessary to provide hosting, security, or operational services, subject to contractual and confidentiality obligations.
• You can disconnect at any time in Searivo. Disconnecting deletes the stored Google authorization credential. Previously synchronized snapshots are retained so that result comparisons remain available; you may ask us to delete those snapshots and associated account data using the contact information below.

Searivo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
